		<description>Nearly 11 years later - today I had another go at this. It was weird, I managed to do 5 circuits in 17min 39sec, and I even did a 6th circuit bringing the total time to 22min 29sec. Much quicker than I managed it here. 

I guess I do a bit more running and exercise these days, and when I did this challenge back in 2009 I had just done a week worth of weights, which I haven&#039;t done this time. Still interesting to see the difference in times now though.</description>
