You know what, I actually don't know who owns the rights to it. I did do some investigation at the time (although this was back in 2005). Because I couldn't find anything, I direct people to the following page: http://www.geocities.com/andrewbroad/spectrum/download/copyright.html Andrew Broad has done a lot of work on Manic Miner and I think a lot of the comments on this page apply to me as well. As with him, if somebody could prove their rights to Manic Miner, I'd take the game off my site. But I hope they wouldn't force me to, since I don't actually charge to play the game and the Google Ads don't even make enough money to cover the hosting costs.
